How do I book time?
Simply choose a 30- or 60- minute slot, fill out the corresponding form with your details and we'll be in touch with next steps.
What information is required?
Basic information like your name, your company's name and URL and your contact information. If there's some documentation you can share beforehand, like past marketing efforts or sales data, that will help everyone get the most from the session.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
You can reschedule your session at least 24 hours before your call. For any cancellations, or reschedules within 24 hours of the session, we do charge a 50% fee to compensate for the last minute change. Please contact us and we can help.
How do I contact support?
You can reach support via the contact form on our website.
Can I book more time?
Yes! You can book as much time with the advisor as you need, and based on their availability.
What if our time runs over?
If your advisor is available to extend the session, additional time can be added in 15-minute increments.
Is 30 (or even 60) minutes enough time to help me?
When you schedule your session, you will be asked a few questions and provided the opportunity to upload pertinent documents and share social links. All projects are different, and Top Yeti Advisory has you covered wherever your project leads.
